Holiday Dinner Saturday, December 17
The next dinner will be Saturday, December 17. We'll get started with cocktails at 20.00, followed by a five course tasting menu. Having just returned from California and Baja, I'm excited to serve some dishes like Pescado al Mojo de Ajo and Pato en Pipían Rojo. Next Dinner Saturday, August 20
In the middle of this rainy Berlin summer I find myself missing sunny California and my family there, so the menu for the next dinner on Saturday, August 20 is based on some of the things I miss most. We'll start at 20.00 with a cocktail hour which will be followed by a five course tasting menu with a wine pairing to complement each course.
We'll start with a summery watermelon, tomato, cucmber, and avocado salad topped with homemade ricotta and Mexican-style pickled red onions. The second course is a Baja California favorite of mine: Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (or shrimp in garlic butter flavored with chipotle chiles, lime, and cilantro) which will be served over Budin de Elote, which is similar to a fresh corn soufflé. The intermezzo is inspired by the fresh fruit carts that seem to be on every corner in Baja during the summer, which I am translating into homemade cucumber, coconut, and chile-lime sorbets. The main course will be pork tenderloin with a pomegranate-chile sauce, served with cauliflower purée and sautéed spinach. We will finish the meal with my Gramma Nel's apple pie, which I will serve with a honey-caramel and homemade vanilla bean ice cream. To finish the meal over coffee and after dinner drinks, we'll have some homemade chocolate chile truffles.
The maximum number of guests is 12, and the suggested donation is 50€, or 35€ without wine. Special Wine Dinner at Galerie Orange 2 July
Galerie Orange, our favorite wine shop and art gallery, will be hosting a special Loteria Supper Club wine dinner on July 2. We are very excited to work with some excellent wines, which we will pair with a menu featuring ceviche, camarones al mojo de ajo, and a delicious duck mole. The cocktail hour will begin at 20.00 for a maximum of 12 guests, and as always we are happy to accomodate vegetarians. Because this is a special dinner the suggested donation is 75 €. Summer Supper Club Season is Starting!
After a break for thesis-madness the Loteria Supper Club is kicking off the new season with two dinners on the 17th and 18th of June! Join us for a summery five course menu with dishes ranging from a ceviche trio to traditional Mole Poblano. We will be starting with a cocktail hour at 20.00 both Friday and Saturday, for reservations email loteriasupperclub@gmail.com. Vegetarian options are, as always available with advanced notice.
Nach eine intensiven Lernpause, startet der Loteria Supper Club mit zwei Dinnern am 17. und 18. Juni in die neue Saison. Wir laden euch auf ein sommerliches 5-Gänge-Menü mit Köstlichkeiten wie ceviche trio und traditioneller Mole Poblano ein. Wir fangen an beiden Tagen mit einer Cocktail Hour um 20.00 Uhr an. Reservierungen nehmen wir gerne unter loteriasupperclub@gmail.com entgegen. Wie immer wird es auch bei rechtzeitiger Information ein vegetarisches Menü geben.

Spring Dinner April 2
With days getting longer and sunnier it is time to celebrate with a spring dinner! We'll be getting started with cocktails at 8:00, followed by a five course dinner with wine pairings.
